Marmalade Coneflower (Garden)

This piece was created for the CMA-Summit October 2014 in Ashland, Oregon, The Show and Sale of over 100 mosaics was held at Belle Fiore Winery.

Mamarmade is glass fusions and stained glass on mirror, set in a natural, beach wood ornament shape frame. The fascinating thing about mosaics done on mirror is how different lighting and surroundings can affect the look of the piece! Here's Marmalade in the garden, where she posed away from the glare of the studio!
