It was a big dilemma as to what background material would show off the crest itself - the final decision to use a matte ceramic tile in beige meant it would co-ordinate with the homeowner's house colour and "warm-up" the overall look of the stone. This also meant we use a 4th shade of grout to match the ceramic colour.
